Lean Sigma Certificate Program
The certificate program is designed to provide practitioners with the fundamental knowledge of Lean Sigma tools through use of process simulation, lecture, videos, selected hands-on exercises, discussions of actual case studies, plant tour and a final group/individual project and presentation.
The goal of Lean Sigma is Delighting the Customer through Continuous and Rapid Improvement!
TIME: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
COST: $ 499 per workshop or all five for only $2250 -
