This webinar focuses on corrective action techniques and structure to develop effective corrective action systems. You will gain knowledge of the steps within a corrective action process as well as outline effective methods to develop and identify effective root cause analysis and long term corrective action.

Through the interactive and hands on exercises you will learn how to manage NCR's and identify when a corrective action is required. You will develop the skills needed for problem identification, root cause analysis and effective long term corrective actions.

This workshop teaches a team-based approach to eliminating root causes through effective preventive and corrective action using the Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) methodology. At the heart of any management system is an engine for finding problems within the system, prioritizing problems based upon stakeholder needs (including financial impact), identifying root causes, eliminating the causes and putting the controls in place to make sure they never happen again.
