Logging on to Reference Materials Page
|
To log onto the reference material page, you must enter a password. A short JavaScript program runs that asks you for the password, if the password is correct, the program allows you to view the page.
Modern browsers don't always allow scripts to run, particularly IE 7, and this is good because in some cases scripts can be dangerous and used maliciously. Our script is in no way dangerous.
If you are unable to access the reference materials page, you are probably running IE 7, clicking "ok" to enter a password, and are immediately told that the password is incorrect - placing you back at the home page. This is because your browser is not allowing the script to run.
An easy and safe solution to this problem is to temporarily allow the script to run, or to add Quality Support Group to your trusted sites.
If you receive a message dialogue at the top of your browser regarding allowing a script to run, click on this and a dialogue should appear allowing you to temporarily allowing scripts to run on the page.
If you do not receive this message, or this solution does not work, try adding Quality Support Group to your "Trusted Sites." You can do this temporarily, or simply keep the site added for future access. QualitySupportGroup.com is a completely safe site, and is free of any malicious content, so it is safe to have QualitySupportGroup.com in your "Trusted Sites."
Below shows how you can add QualitySupportGroup.com to your trusted Sites zone. |
